Shipping / Delivery Policy

This policy applies to delivery arrangements for rental products and related services booked through Rentolab.

1. Delivery Scheduling

Delivery schedules shall be coordinated directly with the Merchant. Clients must provide complete and accurate delivery information to support timely fulfillment of the booking.

2. Lalamove Delivery

When Lalamove is available for a booking, it is a third-party delivery option arranged and booked by the Client. The Client is responsible for booking the rider, providing accurate pickup and destination information, coordinating with the rider, and paying applicable Lalamove fees.

Clients must complete Rentolab's required account or profile verification before selecting or using Lalamove delivery for a booking.

3. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply when delivery or setup requires additional effort, including:

  • Stair access.
  • Lack of elevator access.
  • Long carrying distances.
  • Difficult venue access.
  • Special setup requirements.

4. Venue Access Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits, parking access, and safe unloading conditions at the delivery venue.

5. Delivery Delays

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rentolab shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate information, restricted venue access, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

6. Receiving Items

Clients must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the rental items upon delivery.
