Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to cancellations, item returns, security deposits, and refund requests for bookings made through Rentolab.

1. Down Payments & Cancellations

Down payments are strictly non-refundable in the event of Client cancellation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds apply only if the Merchant cancels the booking due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.

2. Security Deposits

Security deposits, if applicable, shall be refunded subject to inspection of the returned items and any chargeable issues identified under the Merchant's policy.

3. Return Condition & Charges

Clients must return all rented items in the same condition as received. Charges may apply for:

  • Lost items.
  • Damaged items.
  • Excessively dirty items.
  • Late returns.

4. Refund Requests & Disputes

Refund requests related to Merchant service issues shall be handled directly between the Client and Merchant.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rentolab does not guarantee refunds and is not liable for disputes between Clients and Merchants.
